To register electronically, send an email to
MIC8@burdlaw.com with your name,
address, phone and email address and the number of attendees for which
you want to register. An invoice will be sent to you for payment
via PayPal, the eBay payment system, which allows you to pay by bank
transfer or credit card.
Registration will be effective upon receipt of
payment via PayPal
